Allocation strategies : investments in high dividend stocks |
The Underlying Bond is invested directly or through specific vehicles (ETF, Mutal funds, Sicav) in a basket of about 100 leader companies, listed on the main international stock markets, selected among the ones with the highest dividends. In the selection, only the companies with characteristics of “value” have been considered, with at least five or ten years of dividend rising, preferring the ones with a pay out not exceeding 60-80% of the net earnings. The allocation is updated every month. Starting from March 2012 an annual coupon payment will be distributed to bondholders. |
